- How long have you been in business for?
- Coby Graphics has been serving the Business community since 1995.
- What are your hours of operation?
- We are open Monday through Friday 8:30-5pm. Sundays and evenings by appointment.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Amex , Discover
- Can you service all of New Jersey? All of the U.S?
- Yes! We service customers both locally and nationwide.
- Do you work weekends and holidays?
- If you cannot make it during regular working hours we can meet with you evenings and Sundays by appointment.
- Will you come to my location if necessary?
- We always aim to accommodate our clients. Coby Graphics provides installation services of signs and graphics at your location as normal operations.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- We pride ourselves in quality craftsmanship. All our work is guaranteed.
EMBROIDERY FAQ’s
- Will I receive a proof of my design?
- Yes. We provide a computer mockup of your design for your approval before we start any work.
- How do you determine the cost of an order?
- Embroidery cost is determined by the stitch count ,size of the design and quantity. Screen-printing and sign printing cost is determined by the number of colors the design has and the quantity. Vehicle wrap costs are determined by square footage.
- Do you have stock designs for me to choose from?
- Yes. We have a wide variety of stock clipart that you can choose from.
- Can you send me a catalog?
- We can, but our catalog is available on our website.
- Can I supply my own shirts or jackets?
- Yes, however we have a large variety of garments to choose from including name brands. If you would like you can also supply your own items to be decorated.
- Do you embroider 1 or 2 piece orders?
- Yes. We can embroider any quantity from one to thousands. No job is too small or too large.
- What do I need to supply to you for artwork?
- For screen printing the optimal artwork should be in vector/ outline format. For embroidery a clear jpg or pdf of your logo is good.
- What file formats for me design or logo do you accept?
- We accept files in pdf. jpg. eps. ai formats.
- Can I send a file by email?
- Yes. You can email us your file. Simply send to info@cobyco.wpengine.com
- What file type is best for me to send you?
- Best file type is eps or ai in vector format.
- Is there a charge to digitize my design?
- Yes. There is a one-time fee to digitize your logo. It depends on the complexity of the logo and the size.
- Do you have setup fees?
- Yes. There is a minimal one time set up fee for a logo. Once we have it on file, there are no more set up fees.
- When you digitize an embroidery design, who owns the digitized file?
- It depends on your preference. We offer discounted set up fees for in house use only. We can also supply you with the file to keep for a regular price.
- Can you enlarge or reduce the size of my design?
- Yes. We can enlarge or reduce a digitized embroidery design by 25%. A new file needs to be set up for a larger increase or decrease in size for optimal results.
- Are you able to redo my logo?
- Most likely. We will work with the artwork that is available and make it workable for screen print or embroidery.
- Are you able to design a logo for me?
- Yes. We can help with the design of a new logo.
- What is the largest sewing area for an embroidered design?
- Largest sewing area is 15” x 15”
- How small can you make embroidered letters or words?
- Letters need to be minimum of .25” tall to be legible.
- Do you offer personalized embroidery?
- Yes. We offer personalization.
- What is your minimum embroidery order?
- We have no minimum. Embroidery orders can be as small as one piece.
- When will my order be ready or normal turnaround?
- Normal turnaround time is one week from art approval. Rush service is available.
- Is embroidery better than print screen?
- Yes. Embroidery looks richer and holds up better in the long run than a screenprinted design.
